"I have had terrible experience with Statefarm over a simple glass claim. Unfortunately the local office is not helpful, if anything they are upset that I have called for assistance. Expect hour long waits on the phone, dropped calls, and 3rd parties that complicate the process and end up costing you more money in the end. Jon, I'm disappointed with my experience at Statefarm and I am going to move all of my policies back over to another insurance company. Thanks for being incredibly unhelpful. This has been a 2 month nightmare and is not resolved."

"I switched to my policy to State Farm 2 years ago, they seemed great and personable. Fast forward to this year and my car was stolen twice- State Farm was the worst experience of it all. No one would pick up or return my calls , it took 3 weeks for statefarm to pick up my car from the scene the first time I spent 2 months with out it. The second time It took 4 days for them to get it (better) and I was without my car for 3 months. I was passed around from agent to agent to agent while I was in the worst circumstance. They treat you like a number and not like a paying human customer. Finally I got my car back, and decided surely if I get a new car and switch insurance my problems would be solved . As anyone would do I called to cancel my policy left two messages and spoke with someone on the phone - the agent at this office confirmed cancelation. Wrong, I received an auto renewal three days later.I have lost all trust that anything is actioned responsibly at State Farm. I can not stress enough - If you’re considering State Farm please think again . This has been the single worst experience."

"One of girls there has an extremely poor attitude. I've called twice and the same girl acts like she doesn't want to be bothered. She showed up late and acted like it was our fault. I think her name is Brittany. My wife will be going to another branch 👌🏼"

"I was referred by a friend to Jon and it was the best insurance move I've ever made. Staff is attentive, courteous and keen to your needs. My car insurance has dropped steadily over 5 years. If you're not getting your insurance from Jon, you should be."
